Project Details
Students were tasked with creating a ceramic box with a lid inspired by a type of food.
After choosing their food, students designed their boxes. Students could use any method of clay construction including pinch pot, slab, or coil. When creating their design, students thought through the construction of their box and how they would create their design.
After the first firing, students glazed their clay.
